I offer you a portable set of universal tools for cutting, dismantling, demolition and rescue work.

The set consists of a hydraulic unit and interchangeable tools enabling cutting, spreading, crushing and tearing out using a rope or chain.

The set was produced for the military for ship and underwater work in rescue missions as well as for the destruction of equipment.

The device was manufactured by FAG Kugelfischer (now Lucas).

The set consists of:

Pump unit with a maximum pressure of 520bar and a maximum flow of 2.5l/min. The pump unit contains both a hydraulic oil tank and a reducer

Hydraulic cutting shears.

The scissors are equipped with two sets of blades.

The arc blades have an opening of 100 mm and a maximum pressing force of 150 kN (15 t).

They easily cut hydraulic pipes with a diameter of up to 100 mm, rods up to 24 mm in diameter and other profiles.

Straight blades are intended for cutting flat elements such as sheet metal, flat bars, etc. and cutting holes.

The weight of the cutting scissors is 13.5 kg.

Blade closing time 4.5 s.

Hydraulic spreader.

Maximum spreading width 620 mm.

Length of expansion arms 400 mm.

Spreading force 31kN (3 t).

Closing force 29kN (3 t).

The spreader can be equipped with replaceable inserts with straight or curved legs that enable lifting or moving.

It is also equipped with paw tips for attaching a chain.

It then works as a hook winch.

Total weight of the spreader with accessories 25 kg.

Hydraulic cylinder.

Cylinder stroke 300 mm.

Expanding force 65kN (6.5t), closing force 23kN (2.3t).

The cylinder is equipped with extensions and replaceable feet.

The manual hydraulic pump allows all tools to work without an electric drive. Provides the same pressure as an electric pump.

Set of two hydraulic hoses with quick connectors, hose length 20 meters.

A set of chains with expander tips.

Each tool is equipped with its own hydraulic hoses, approximately 3.5 m long.

The set also includes a set of 20 m long hoses.

This makes it possible to work in hard-to-reach places.

The set includes spare parts for cutting shears, i.e. two sets of straight and arc blades.

ATTENTION! The offered set has spent its entire life unused.

Therefore, it is not exploited. This is a great rarity, because typical rescue kits are used very intensively and when they are withdrawn, they are also used for exercises, which causes significant wear and tear of the equipment.

The offered set passed its last technical inspection in 2021 and is operational.

The entire set consists of three wooden boxes (expander, cutting shears, cylinder, hand pump of the pumping unit and hoses)

The weight of the entire set is approx. 120 kg, shipped on a pallet.

The auctioned set is fully functional.
