How do we achieve these results?

• The Printhead is constructed with a protective diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating.                                                                         
• The diamond-like coating offers a surface hardness comparable to Rockwell 85 to 90.                                                                    
• The Thermal Printhead utilizes Thick Film technology, employing gold, insulating, and resistive pastes screen printed on a ceramic substrate.                                                                                                                                                                                       
• Gold wire bonding is used between the printed circuit board and the ceramic substrate in our thermal printhead.                                     
• A hard black epoxy and silicon glass clear coating safeguard the gold wire bonds and delicate electronic circuitry against moisture and harsh conditions in our thermal printhead.                                                                                                                              
• Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors are integrated into our thermal printhead for temperature regulation.
