This is a new HP monitor stand only.  It's the same stand that reads Milky Way and the other square ones that fit 22", 24" or 27".  It has adjustable height and tilts.  I purchased this stand with a new HP monitor.  Before I could get the monitor connected to the stand, I dropped it and cracked the screen.  So, this monitor stand is new and never used.  The last picture shows how it fits on a 24" monitor.   All pictures are part of the description.
