Antique Bronze or Brass Arabian Horse Weathervane Folk Art Statue Sculpture. This old brass or bronze horse has been professionally mounted to a museum quality steel base and post. I am uncertain what this horse originally was part of, but it is old, perhaps part of an old weathervane or some other architectural element. There was a pre-existing threaded post and square nut connected to the back side of the horse prior to mounting. The steel mounting post was welded to the nut only, allowing the horse to be unscrewed from the mounting post (like a pinwheel) if desired.
