This is a FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING of Breakfast of Champions, in hardcover with the original dust jacket, boldly SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, KURT VONNEGUT, JR., on the half-title page. Note that the book expressly states that it is a first printing on the copyright page, as this title must in order to be a true first edition (that is, a first printing of the first edition). The book is in very good or better condition, with only the slightest bumping to the spine ends and to two corners, tightly bound with only a faint and almost unnoticeable hint of cocking to the spine. The gilt lettering on the spine and cover remains bright, as do the vibrant orange boards. The pages are clean and bright as well. Please see photographs as to condition. The dust jacket — which is NOT price clipped — also is in very good condition but for a couple of creases to the flaps, the slightest sun fading to the spine, and some small tears or chips that have old tape repairs. These old tape repairs are along the edges of the jacket. See photos as to condition. The dust jacket is enclosed in a removable archival mylar dust jacket protector.

This signed first edition is not ex-library, not remaindered, not price-clipped, and not a book club edition. It will be shipped bubble wrapped in a box, with signature required upon receipt.
