The twilight switch is a control device that works when it is dark and we want underexposed places to be clearly visible or we are not indifferent to the safety of the street or traffic route. When we apply it, we will not be forced to switch on the required lighting every day. The switch will automatically turn on the lighting when the lighting intensity drops below the set threshold at dusk and turn it off when it is bright enough at dawn. The F&F company is a producer of a product called the AZ-B PLUS twilight switch, which implements this type of solution. The setting range can be set individually from 2 to 1000 Lx. The switch has a delayed system which does not react to momentary fluctuations of light intensity, thanks to which the operation of the device is not interrupted by temporary disturbances. The AZ-B Plus twilight timer is installed in the switchgear and mounted on the TH-35 rail. The sensor, known as the external probe, is delivered in the form of a separate small-sized box intended to be mounted in a place where changes in light intensity are decisive for the proper operation of the entire system. The hermetic probe supplied with the switch is not equipped with a cable, so it can be installed in a convenient place that meets the expectations of customers necessary for the proper operation of the entire system. The maximum current that can be consumed by the electric energy receiver connected to the AZ-B Plus automatic unit cannot exceed 16A, while the automatic unit supply voltage is to be 230V AC.
