This sheet of 12 mint never hinged stamps features the architecture of Russian palaces. Dating from 2003 to 2004, they are in very fine/extremely fine condition. The die cut CIII adds an extra dimension to the design. These stamps would make a great addition to any collection of European or Russian/Soviet Union stamps.
