This same 1930's RR Mascot is currently selling for $949.00 to $1,765.00 both in the U.S. as well as the U.K. 

I'm not a RR expert. This 'Mascot' appears to be an original RR piece from the mid 1930's with all the correct RR markings on the underside of one of  the 'wings' , pattent nubers etc.  The metal finish shows an aged Patina you'd expect from a 1930's Vintage piece.
