All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are given to primary international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order. There are no partial shipments: orders are processed when all the ordered products are available. On national territory the delivery takes place within 24 working hours following the shipping confirmation (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order) and can reach 48 working hours for the regions of Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria, and at 48/72 hours working for the islands. In Europe and in the rest of the world delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days (it is possible that, in cases of destination outside the EU, customs duties and / or customs costs that are not dependent on us and of which we may not be aware are applied : therefore, before sending an order, we advise you to contact the local customs authorities for more information).

All orders placed before 13:00, will be processed the same day and shipped within 24/48 working hours, unless otherwise indicated and delivered within the next 24/48 working hours.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00. It is not possible in any way to set the time and / or the day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes. The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the size and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.

Following the issue of an Invoice, the document is forwarded via e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. In the case of invoicing, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order proposal is binding. No change in the Invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's Transport Document; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape of the package / envelope or strap or metal clips); In the event of tampering and / or even minor damage (for example tears on the bag, crushed corners, breakages or tampering with the outer packaging, replacement of the original ribbons, the Customer must collect the package by affixing the writing on the delivery document received by the carrier "WITHDRAWAL WITH INTERNAL CONTROL RESERVE" clearly describing the reason for the RESERVE. Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery. After having countersigned the courier's issued letter of courier, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 working days of delivery by sending an e-mail to TRIPPODO SHOP. In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the Courier warehouses (due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering), the goods will return to APPIEFFE GROUP SRL and the order will be considered canceled. The Customer will be reimbursed for the value of the purchase minus the round-trip shipping costs and any fees / commissions that APPIEFFE GROUP SRL will incur to reimburse the Customer.
