The unit stopped working after three years and we replaced it with an identical new unit. Suspected that the Safety Thermal Switch or Flow Sensor need replacement. The unit works and heats water when the thermal switch is manually reset but shuts off after a short while. You will find the manual and parts on the manufacturer website.

This unit has no external blemishes and will be shipped in the box of the replacement unit.
