The lens is in excellent, like new condition with no signs of wear, but has a small scratch see pic 4. All tabs are intact and the light has no damage. LEDs have been tested and work, this light is complete with modules and ready for install! 

There are two types of lights that come on these vehicles, this is the non-projector LED type, shown in the last image.
