This new raw brass holder is for a gas shade or any shade that has the 5 inch fitter. NOW THE IMPORTANT INFO... You are ordering ONLY the 5" ring shown in the first two photos. This is to be used with a plain (no ornate fence) 4" ball shade holder like the one for example in the 3rd photo (NOT INCLUDED). I try to keep those listed to fit #2 burners and also central draft burner in a different listing as well. You are getting the ring shown in the first two photos. 3rd , 4th, and 5th photos are only to show the fit. This 5 inch ring has a small lip that fits down into your 4" shade holder. You can solder these in place to your 4 inch holder if you wish to make it more sturdy or I imagine epoxy would work as well.   Top outer rim is about 9/16" deep.
