This is one of the best fiber optic figurines I have seen.  This snowman is made of resin fiberglas and has thousands of fibers changing color.  It is so colorful and beautiful.  I just put a brand new bulb in it so you have many years of use with this with no worries.  The motor that turns the color wheel is quiet and runs very smoothly.  This is really a wonderful item.
