Limonene (the clear liquid from the peel of the orange, food grade), C10-16 pareth-1 (plant derived surfactant), citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil.

Dilute 1 oz. Citra Solv with 22 oz. water and place in spray bottle or bucket for general household cleaning. Citra Solv concentrate can be used in its concentrated form for more difficult jobs and for removing your toughest stains and grease.

Additional Uses: Citra Solv can also be used to remove: Chewing gum, Ink, Tar, Grease, Oil, Lipstick, Paint, Adhesives, Permanent marker, Pet stains & odors and More!

Surfaces: Wood, Linoleum, Tile, Formica, Washable fabrics, Upholstery, Carpets, Brick, Stone, Patio furniture, Ovens, Grills, Bike chains, Paint brushes, Most surfaces in and around your home.

Before using, always spot test on an out-of-the-way area for colorfastness.

International Shipping Policies:

Flat Shipping Fee is charged on the International Shipments.

Orders getting shipped to Canada, North & South America, Shipping fee is $15.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia Shipping fee is $20.00 and $10.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to rest of the countries, Shipping fee is $26.00 and $15.00 for each additional item

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you donƒ??t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties:

VitaGen is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the countryƒ??s respective Customs Department. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
