New, lot of 2 Batman Miniature Game Cardboard Building sets, ACC0060, for the Knight Models Batman Miniature Game. Each of the Cardboard Building set includes various tokens, 4 lamp posts, and 2 double-sided buildings. The 2 buildings can be built using their other sides and stacked on each other, allowing for the smaller Medical Clinic and Hostel buildings to instead be a larger Wayne Financial building. 

Both sets are new, but do not have their original plastic seals. Sets are somewhat warped and should be flattened a bit before assembly. Some of the punch-outs, particularly the larger buildings have gotten loose from the punch-out sheets because of the warping. There is minor damage to the punch-out sheets, but none of it is on the buildings/tokens themselves.
