Postage to UK mainland is a 2 Day Tracked Service for all electric motor and heavy parcels form 3kgs upwards.

We only ship items that exceed 3kgs to UK Mainland and Ireland North and South, NO Exceptions.

Other areas like offshore islands Highlands etc. please contact us for a quotation as free postage does not apply in these locations.

We Use DPD couriers for all motors less 30Kgs it’s a 2 day service.

All Orders less than 30kgs for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will be delivered on a 24hour next day service if ordered before 3 PM Daily.

All Orders for UK Mainland that Require a 24hour Next Day Service Must be ordered before 1PM late cut off times can be also arranged message us Via eBay in advance.

Trade counter collections available from the UK and Ireland Locations on request.

Small Packets Postage items less than 3kgs will be sent via our Royal mail online account and dispatch cut of time is 3pm Monday to Friday.

Heavy goods 30kgs and above have to go on a pallet and will be dispatched Via various Transport Networks this usually takes 2-3 days depending on location and time of order.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all new items sold in our eBay shop.

We offer a 14 day returns period, Buyer pays returns postage.

20% Vat included in all prices on our eBay shop.

Used reconditioned surplice items warranty period will vary and will be stated on the listing.

Goods Must be checked on Delivery for damages etc and reported to us at the time of delivery, Please notify the delivery driver at this time and sign for as damaged, this covers us to put in a claim for goods damaged in transport.

All motors must be signed for on delivery.

Buyer pays return Postage.

All Goods returned Must Be securely packaged and in original packaging.

All Electric Motors should be fitted with suitable overload protection and wired by qualified Electrician we supply easy to use wiring diagrams for the Electric motors we supply.

All other electrical items we sell must also be wired by a qualified electrician.
