THIS SALE IS FOR A JOHN LEWIS DANTE SOFA SET IN GREAT CONDITION. THE WEAVE IS NATURAL WHICH IS A BEIGE/GREY COLOUR AND THE CUSHIONS ARE WHITE/CREAM. THERE ARE A FEW VERY FAINT MARKS ON THE CUSHIONS WHICH MAY SPONGE OUT BUT EITHER WAY THEY ARE NOT PARTICULARLY NOTICEABLE.

Please be aware that this is a used item and as such is in used condition, peoples perception of used condition can vary and I would suggest if you are unsure come and view the item. If you are expecting unused or immaculate then a used item is probably not for you.

Please be aware that nearly all my items are listed as used, there will be marks nicks and signs of use. Sometimes they may be sold as ‘immaculate’ but this is rare. However my high end items are priced with a HUGE saving from new.

All my goods are described as accurately and honestly as possible. The item that you are buying is always the item pictured but it is virtually impossible to 100% portray the colours of the item in a picture on the web. Colours can vary and such things as your monitor’s screen resolution can affect shading.

Returns will be accepted solely at my discretion if there is a significant flaw that was not clearly stated on the listing prior to purchase. I therefore ask you to read all my descriptions carefully and study the extensive photography before placing your order.

The courier will call you 24hrs before they are due to arrive to give you a time slot. Deliveries can take place on any day at any time depending on the couriers route, if you require a specific day or an am /pm delivery, then delivery costs will vary. 

It is imperative that the correct telephone numbers are given on booking so as to not create a failed delivery, if the delivery does fail a second delivery fee charge will be made.

If you have any special instructions or requests for delivery then these need to be messaged to me immediately after the completion of the auction.

This is usually a one man service therefore assistance must be supplied at the delivery address please.
