This is a rare vintage framed litho print produced in the U.S. during the 1940s by the Donald Art Company located in New York. It is part of their 'Colonial Dames' series, which depicts ladies from the Colonial period.

This small print features a beautiful illustration of a woman in a blue, pink and white Colonial-style dress, sitting with her embroidery. The woman and her chair are in color, while her surroundings are black ink line drawings on a cream background. The copyright symbol is printed at the bottom left of the print, along with the text "D.A.C., N.Y, No. 1109," and "Made in U.S.A." is printed at the bottom right. All of the printing is somewhat obscured by the frame.

The wooden frame is about 5 3/4" tall and 4 3/4" wide, and the print is slightly smaller. The frame is in good vintage condition with some minor wear, and it has a wire hanger on the back. There are two metal prongs holding the illustration and glass in the frame. The other two are missing, but the print is secure.

Colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
