Due to likely damage in transit or being lost in shipment plus manufacturer’s warranty becomes invalid if a fault arises we have refrained from shipping any items outside UK mainland.

We accept PayPal or Credit Card, Debit Card Payments. All Goods must be paid for within 7 days of the purchase.

Within 30 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 30 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to a faulty unit or damaged in shipping. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

• We might ask customer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
• Refunds will only be given on UNUSED items, replacements are offered on items that have been used. For Refund the item must be returned in a re-sellable condition with all the original packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
• If you ordered the item by mistake or no longer want the item we will refund the cost of the item but any return postage is paid by the customer.
• Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
• Any Returns you must inform us first, sending back without return ID will not be accepted.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
• We are not responsible for item lost during returning. Returns must be sent back via a trackable method as any items lost in transit will not be refunded.
• Item not defective after testing will be returned at buyer’s expense. Wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer’s expense. Item that not match buyer expectations will be returned at buyer’s expense. Wrong item shipped by us will be returned at our expense. We will cover all expense in sending replacement.
• In the unlikely event of damage during transit please contact us before buying replacement parts / returning the item as we can replace damaged parts within 1-2 working days
