The measurement of the internal sole is the length of the entire sole where the foot rests, we measure the ends that go from the toe to the heel. To avoid getting the size wrong, our advice is to take a very similar shoe and measure the two ends or measure the removable insole. (Not to be confused with the foot measurement, also avoid cm reported on the boxes or tabs). A slight difference is tolerable.
