Please note I make every effort to ensure all of my items are antique or vintage & are not modern reproductions. Therefore, they have been previously used so they won't be perfect & may have minor signs of wear. However, I will mention any defects or significant wear as honest as I can plus any description I provide is a statement of opinion only.

So if you are not satisfied with any item that I have wrongly described, then please contact me & on return of the item I will give you a refund including return postage costs. I would also request that you do not leave any neutral or negative feedback until I have had the chance to resolve the issue. However if you just change your mind or want to return the item for any other reason, then a refund will be given less the price of the original postage & all return postage will be paid by the buyer. All Returns must be sent by 'Signed For' or 'Tracked & Signed' & overseas items must be marked 'SALE / RETURN' to avoid custom charges & fees...Thank you.

I don't fully clean my items, as I believe this is a choice customers should have as many prefer items in their original state.

Payment

Payment is to be Completed within 3 Days of the Auction Ending unless you contact me.

If payment is Not received within 3 Days, then I will report a 'Non Payment Unpaid Item Transaction' statement to EBay, so please contact me with any delays in payment.

Terms of Sale

Returns need to be reported within 14 days from receipt of item.

A full refund will be given if the item is faulty or not as described

If you change your mind or any other reason a refund will be given less any postage costs & the buyer will return the goods by signed / tracked postage for shipping at their own expense and MUST BE MARKED "SALE RETURN" to avoid UK Customs Charges and Fees.

I will endeavour to keep all postage costs as reasonable as possible

The importer i.e. buyer is responsible for taking care of / paying any customs duties, fees, taxes etc payable on items received in their country of domicile.
