It says in the lower corner Presented by Sport and I understand this dates from the 1950-51 Season and would have been a Free Gift item from the magazine with the cards distributed so each area got their local team.

There are some small dust spot or similar type marks to the lower edge and some light general ageing but otherwise good condition.
