Liberia Scott # 177d, Issued in 1920.  Mint HR, gum toned.  An RRR Stamp. Ex Barbara Ray.  Previous owner paid $50 for this.  The Scott CV is woefully low for an item of this scarcity.

Note:  The USPS raised their rates January 21, 2024, the third increase in a year.  First class domestic and international rates were increased as well as insurance and registration rates.  I will not raise first class rates; some insured rates may increase for higher value shipments and registration rates will increase by $1.00.
