This cute Peter Rabbit pull toy was made by Kids Preferred in 2017. When the blue loop at the bottom is pulled, the toy vibrates. Peter has crinkle ears and has a rattle ring and teething ring in the middle. He is missing the red loop at the top of his head (see last picture). The toy is 12” long. Clean and works.
