This vintage Homepride Fred Flour Shaker is moulded from black and white plastic. The hat is solid black and unscrews to reveal the two options of use to shake with sifting holes or pour with a single hole. The body is moulded from white plastic with the black suit and feet painted black.

It was produced in the c1970’s made for BeRo by AIRFIX ENGLAND as a usable advertising product.

He measures approximately 20cm tall.

Condition: this Fred looks to have been used a display item, with no evidence of flour inside. The outside shows a lot of scuffing, scratches on the black paint and yellowing of the white plastic on show.  All plastic is intact and is complete with original fittings which also have yellowing and the top piece is buckled. If you look at the base of right foot, there is a indent that looks like it has melted, please see the last photo.

If you need any further information or photos, please ask.

Thanks for looking.
