Special 18k gold presentation watch that featuring Empire personal monogram of Emperor Nicholas II in silver with jewelled with natural ruby and diamonds. Full hunter case watch with all gold lids. Original glass crystal and porcelain enamel dial. Dial with arabic numeral is gold tone. Branded on the dial Longines Cuervo Y Sobrinos Unicos Importadores . The watch with Hi Grade movement Longines 11.88 manual winding. It is all marked for 18k gold with serial numbers and with Longines trade marks, also inner movement lid decorated with many medal from wold exposition. In my opinion Important and interesting watch. Unfortunately I don't know much about its history. I found it at local sale in Malta last year. In my opinion was personally Presented by the Emperor to important diplomat. The watch comes in matched presentation box. Recently inspected and oiled by professional watchmaker, working and keep time accurate for an old watch. Cosmetically near excellent, with micro surface scratches on mini ding on front lid due to age insignificant but must be pointed.
