This antique brass ship compass from the US Navy's WWII era is a rare find. 

The compass, made by John E Hand and Sons, comes with in a Brass lighted spring housing, painted battleship grey over Brass.

 The compass is of type P.E.X. U4 and has a rich history which makes it a valuable addition to any collection. 
The primary material used in the compass is brass, the bottom of the compass is milk glass adding to its durability. The compass is an antique original and has not been tampered with in any way. Baltimore and Philadelphia. 
 Has top houseing for dark night lighted stealth mode! Untested wire has been cut!

The dial of the compass is 4" in diameter.
