For your consideration we have an Elgin 16 size 7 jewel open face and stem set pocket watch movement for parts or repair.  The  movement will need to be serviced before use.   Please note, we only check the balance staff and the balance staff is good on this movement.  The dial has hairlines, edge flakes, scratches and needs to be cleaned.  The hands have some scratches and discoloration, but overall they look good. The serial number, 22905622, dates this movement to circa 1920. Movement is sold as is. Please see pictures.
