"Mr. Toadflax" from artist Jill Barklem. 

This is a rare  version without a cushion. 

The difference is very visible from the back of Mr. Toadflax.

Made in England in1983 as part of The Brambly Hedge Gift Collection.

Figurine is 3" tall.
