Vintage 1993 New York Yankees Souvenir Baseball Mini Helmets - lot of 24!  These helmets were given away at Ponderosa Steakhouse restaurants the summer of 1993 as an MLB promotion; included are 6 loose mini helmets and a bag of 18 NOS mini helmets.  The loose helmets were never used and are in good condition with some minor wear (see pics).  They are made of plastic by Laich Sports Products Corp. in USA; they measure about 5.5" long and 3.5" wide.
