they have several chips nics scratches etc, signs of use.

very heavy duty. should last thru a flood, tornado, earth quack etc but no guarantees!

outside dimensions are about 20x16 and about 2-3 inches high

 inside the top nuts are about 17 3/4 x 13 3/4

could use some small rubber caps over the top nuts.

ive used this for amps and speakers.
