Antique 1819s Russian Brothers Samsonov Caviar Plate 5.5" Marked Very Rare

Incredible find and piece of art Russian Brothers Samsonov  Caviar Plate in stunning blue color with beautiful handpainted flowers. Bearing overglazed S mark. 

Brothers Samsonov Factory was founded in 1819 and closed 1875. Just a few pieces of this factory survied the time. Example of this plate is kept at Perm Art Gallery in Russia see last 2 pics.
