A mandatory resort amenities fee of $26.00 plus tax, per unit/per night is collected by the resort at check-in. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee is not included in the offer price.

NOTE: Credit Card information will be collected by the resort at Check-In for a refundable security deposit of $300. Check-in is at 4PM; check-out is at 10AM. Pets are not allowed.

Your reservation documents will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase! Please include the name of the person checking in (must match picture I.D.), address, and phone number when submitting payment. Also, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to in the comments section, as eBay does not allow attachments to their emails.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
