By searching, National Retail Hardware Association 1943 I found the Hardware Retailer Directory : July 1943 showing the trade catalog, National Retail Hardware Association with the advertisement to send away for these art prints. 

With this being available to the hardware trade and not the general public, I believe there are few of these prints available.
