This is a rare Gibson Uke3 from around the 1920s!

Uke3, which appeared as a high-grade model, is a ukulele that can be said to be Gibson's flagship model at the time. This extremely valuable ukulele was produced for only 10 years from 1926 to 1937 during the ukulele boom, and it rarely appears on the market as it cannot be compared to the mass-produced Martin ukuleles. The high-end model Uke3 is especially valuable. It seems that the pearl-like Gibson logo was adopted after 1928, and this instrument seems to be an early model from before that, based on the original silkscreen logo.

The entire body has been refinished and has been beautifully overhauled. There are crack repair marks on the side plate on the 4th string side, but I think it is a minor symptom as no patching has been done from the back side. It seems that it was repaired during refinishing. There are some minor weather checks and small scratches, but considering the model year, it is in miraculous condition, and I think you'll be surprised when you pick it up.

The aging sound due to aging is most attractive. You can fully enjoy the battle-hardened tone and the vintage atmosphere. When I think about how it has been passed down to the present day after about 100 years, I feel deeply moved. In particular, the traditional Gibson is a special brand, a symbol of American music culture, and its cultural value is immeasurable.

There is no chatter and the tuning is accurate with the GOTO peg. Stage specifications are OK! Please take this opportunity! .
