This is a Pair of (2) RARE Petersen VISE-GRIP 4LW Adjustable Locking WRENCH PLIER WIRE CUTTER.  Never Used.  Made in U.S.A.  Excellent condition and shows only drawer wear.  Functions properly and operates smoothly. "MADE IN USA  US PAT 5377567" logo on handle (see pic).  NO previous owners marks or etchings.  Sold As-Is. Thanks for checking this out.
