Vintage Y2K Ralph Lauren Blue Label Bias Cut Floral Silk Fairy Dress Sz 8

Exceptionally rare vintage dress by Ralph Lauren (blue label).   Y2K era.    Bias cut silk in a range of weaves from chiffon to satin.    Fabrics are cream, very light pink, light green, yellow, antique white, etc.   

Condition is amazing.   I inspected carefully and found only one flaw.    The dress was snagged and has two small holes in the hem as a result.   The damage is minor and the location is on the lower part of the back left section, almost to the longest point of the hemline.    So it is very unnoticeable.

Bias cut fabric is body-skimming and has a bit of stretch as it goes across the grain of the weave.   Unstretched measurements are posted.  No buttons or zippers, just slips over your head.

Bust 40 inches

Waist 36 inches

Hips 50 inches

Sleeve length is 17 inches from the shoulder seam to where the cuff begins.   

The cuff is handkerchief with a split, and is a total of another 18 inches from where it attaches to the sleeve seam, to the longest point.

Length straight down the center of the back is 45 inches.   As worn, the sections will fall shorter or longer than this.
