DAVID ROBINSON has such long & very impressive biography, it's hard to condense it down to this paragraph!!! Wow, Mr. Robinson graduated from the Naval Academy & served 2 years active service, but because he was too tall for the navy, he wasn't assigned to a ship! He is considered to be the best basketball player ever at the Academy!
The San Antonio SPURS drafted him and Robinson won 2 NBA Championships and won the GOLD MEAL on the "Dream Team" in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, along with Scotti Pippin, Michael Jordan & all the championship players on that team. David Robinson was inducted into the NBAA HALL OF FAME in 2009 & is now a private businessman & wonderful philanthropist.
