Hello, up for your consideration is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by Arte Nuova in the 1950's/60's, unmarked, but this design can be found online with a label which reads "Arte Nuova Murano, Pustetto & Zanetti, Made in Italy". In a stunning combination of cranberry red/pink glass cased in uranium yellow green glass layers, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian Sommerso technique. The small amounts of Uranium in the glass cause this bowl to glow a brilliant bright green in UV light. 

Condition: excellent no chips cracks scratches, very heavy 1.870kg
