Item is in good condition however, as shown in the pictures it does need to be cleaned and there are a couple places where the overlays don't lay flat and might need a stitch. Inspected closely and noticed no holes or tears in the suede leather. Only flaws are with the edges of the ornamental overlays. Item is sold ASIS. Inspect pictures closely for flaws and measurements.
