The plastic enclosing the seat is unopened. Someone ordered it, looked at it, changed their mind and returned it unopened but for the main box.

This is white in color made from aluminum and plastic. It is foldable and has 2 legs which provide safer support than some models without them that simply hang from the shower or closet wall.
