On the face of this unit, there are minor blemishes or imperfections sporadically throughout, primarily along the bottom drawer and throughout the door and its edges, with faint to minor blemishes throughout the control panel. There are faint to minor scuffs and scratches across the top and sides of the unit that will not be visible when installed. There are minor imperfections and blemishes sporadically throughout the rear of this unit but will not be noticeable once installed. This item doesn't include the mounting hardware bag, missing the bottom vent trim, missing the bottom cut-out skirt, and missing the manual.

Only comes with what is pictured. Hardware and accessories displayed in the photographs are what will be included with your item, including items shown within interior photos. If you do not see any specific hardware or accessory clearly displayed in the photographs or explicitly stated in this listing, it is not included. Local Terminal Shipping:	Most of our items are large and heavy, and will ship to a local terminal in your area for pickup (usually within 20 miles of confirmed address). All "Flat Rate Freight" items ship to a local terminal near your zip code for pick-up! Interested in Free Shipping? Phone us to see if your zip code qualifies!
Lift-gate:	Lift-gate service to your home may be available upon request if you are unable to arrange pickup. Lift-gate service is a minimum $149. Additional rates may apply.
Local Pickup:	If you live locally or happen to be in the area, you can save on shipping costs by picking the item up directly from our showroom in Hartland, MI.
FedEx or USPS:	Some items are smaller and lighter and will be able to be shipped to your confirmed address directly from our store via FedEx or the United States Postal Service.
