- Genuine British Army MOD pattern survival knife
- Made by J. Adams, a division of Sheffield Knives
- Made in Sheffield, England
- Seven inch blade, just under 1/4 inch thick
- Black fiber handle scales. Oversized.
- On the left side of the blade is the NSN number "4240-99-127-8214"
- Below this is "J. ADAMS 1999" and the British Army broad arrow acceptance mark
- 7 inch carbon steel blade with smooth glossy black finish. Carbon steel can oxidize so we recommend inspecting the blade occasionally & wiping it down with an oily cloth
- Overall length of knife approximately 12 inches
- This knife is a heavy duty knife that weighs in at approx. 1 lb 9 ounces
- Comes with a thick leather riveted sheath
- This pattern of knife was issued to members of the British Army undergoing jungle and survival training
