This beautiful Talavera antique Spanish Majolica pitcher features a beautifully hand-painted bull, adding a touch of rustic charm to any collection. Measuring 11.5 inches in height and 7 inches in width, and weighing 4 pounds and 3 ounces,  this original piece made from clay showcases the unique naive and primitive style of the 18th or 19th century.     The multicolor design (colors on the pitcher are beige, gold, yellow light brown, brown, light earth toned orange, green, medium earth blue) is a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship of the region of origin, Spain. The pitcher is unsigned but the quality of the work speaks for itself. Perfect for antique collectors and those who appreciate the beauty of historical and primitive art.

Note:  there is some repaired damage, see photos.  If you are putting the item up on a shelf for display, photos of the better side (as you turn it around towards the 2nd and 3rd photos, and you look closely at the top, you can see the repaired damages)   The handle side looks ok, too.  If you will be looking down on the pitcher or displaying it on the damaged side,  depending on the light you have around it, or how high up it is, you may see the repaired flaws.  Just want you to understand it's there.  See photos.

Last 9 photos shows the pitcher photographed in natural light.
