For your consideration is a rare Northeaster Beck leather motorcycle jacket dating back to the mid 1940’s or 1950’s (I think 40’s judging from the tag). The belt loops and epaulets are gone and the main zipper has been replaced. Pocket zippers appear to be original but unsure on the sleeve zippers. Jacket has been hanging in a closet since the 60’s so is stiff and NEEDS TO BE TREATED

Northeaster Flying Togs were made in Everett, Mass. Northeaster Flying Togs were made in good quantities and of exceptional leather and workmanship.

Beck was a motorcycle clothing and parts supplier from NYC, dating from 1920s to 1970s.

Over the years, especially at The Thrift Shop, many Beck / Northeaster jackets passed through but never one marked Schott or even resembling Schott, whose little nuances that are fairly easy to identify if you’re familiar.
