Very old hand woven basket. This appears to be a Native American cradleboard base or similar baby carrier.

Basket is in good condition, handle intact. There are some small breaks the weaving.

Beautiful for display.

Somewhat fragile, I can’t imagine caring a baby in this, but it’s likely become dry and delicate over time
