The graded stamps that we offer have all been examined and graded by the Expert Committee from the firm of Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), from Henderson, Nevada.  Each stamp is identified and protected on a black approval card, and has an accompanying numbered, dated, signed certificate with embossed seal, and  showing an enlarged image of the stamp in true color, as well as the grade and description of the stamp. Each stamp is unique by virtue of its centering and perforations, and we guarantee the stamp shown is the stamp delivered.
