• 1.If buyer requests a return when there is no quality problem of the item he/she received,or wrong sizes / wrong colors orders, or change of mind, return postage fees with tracking has to be paid by buyer,and postage for the item won't be returned.If item need it to re-send back again to buyer,$8.5 postage and handling fees need to pay again by buyer. 
• 2.If item is damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) ,buyer can either requests a refund or replacement,and postage will be paid by us,meanwhile,the item must be returned.
