These 2 graphics card sat in a spare pc for about a year, basically unused.  I spun them up recently and they came on as expected and hooked to 3 monitors each without issue.   I only have the large profile brackets.  If you want to install on a mini pc you'll either need to transplant them from an old card or buy them on ebay for about 5 bucks each.  For full sized pcs they will fit perfectly.
