What you need to know

Seat suspension: no-sag spring.
Seat cushioning: foam topped with fibre.
Back support: no-sag spring.
Back cushioning: luxury fibre.
To maintain cushion fullness, be sure to plump head, lumbar and arm areas daily.
USB charging is only available with the power recliner version of this armchair.
Please allow time for new recliners to ease.
Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of recliner motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type.
Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variation in colour and texture.
Leather softens with use.
Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort.

Sofas can only be returned if faulty or not as described. They must be in the original packaging and in the original condition when sold. Sofas may not be returned if opened and used. We can not accept the return of the sofas once they have been used for hygiene reasons. Please try a local store that supplies these sofas to make sure it is the right one before purchasing from ourselves because we can not accept a return because you decide you do not like the sofa. Thank you.

If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building however if you need help an alternative delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. The courier will not be able to carry anything up or downstairs or be expected to carry anything for a long distance or through a Building site. You need to please discuss this with us first because the delivery may be able to be carried out but will cost extra.

Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage costs.
